An elegant and prestigious 3-star building, recently constructed and completely air-conditioned, the Residence Levante is beautifully sited directly on the beach, between Misano Adriatico and Portoverde and near the centre of the town (300 mt. away), from where it offers a wonderful sight and beautiful panoramas.
One-roomed, two-roomed and three-roomed flats are all provided with wide balconies with a fine view over the sea (except those on the ground floor), private service (en-suite bathroom, shower, TV-sat, telephone, interphone, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, ADSL Internet access, kitchenette, fridge and refrigerator, microwave with grill).
The apartments are comfortably furnished and completely soundproof with natural ecological materials.
The Residence Levante has no architectural barriers and it is provided with a modern lift and relaxing common spaces.
Moreover the residence has direct access to the beach and to the Levante Bar which has a nice terrasse where it is possible to enjoy a delicious breakfast, sip some good drinks and taste appetizers and snacks.

How To Reach
- By car
From the highway exit of Cattolica, you go North towards Riccione and Rimini. As soon as you arrive in Portoverde you must follow the road along the beach towards Misano Adriatico. The Residence Levante is the first building on the beach between Portoverde and Misano Adriatico.
- By train
The closest station is in Misano Adriatico. The residence is only few hundreds metres far.
- By plane
The closest airport is Federico Fellini Airport in Rimini.

The above-said prices are valid for a week from Saturday to Saturday.

The stay starts at 4 pm and ends at 10 am.
The reservation has to be confirmed through the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total (min €200) and the balance has to be paid when you get the keys.
A deposit of €150 for one-roomed flat and of €200 for two- or three-roomed flat is required and will be refund at the end of the stay and after the inspection of the flat.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- The final cleaning of the flat is compulsory and must be paid on the premises:
One-roomed flat € 35
Two-roomed flat € 45
Three-roomed flat € 55
- In case of the presence of small animals an extra of €20 on the cleaning charge is due per staying
- Extra cleaning of the apartment upon request to be agreed
- Cradle hiring €30 (per week and linen included)
- High chair €15 per week
- Extra change of bed linen for double bed €7 (+ €4 for bedcover)
- Extra change of bed linen for single bed €5 (+ €2 for bedcover)
- Extra change of bathroom linen €5 per person
- Extra change of kitchen linen €5
- Fast internet connection (cabled) €8 per week (without time limit)
- Washing machine €4 per wash (+ €3 for the dryer)
REDUCTIONS:
Reduction of 4% for a stay of at least 3 weeks, period D excluded.
Reduction of 8% for a stay of at least 4 weeks, period D-E excluded.
The prices include:
The use of the apartments completely furnished and equipped with kitchenware and linen, TV-sat, direct phone, air conditioning, safe, microwave, unattended car park, bicycles (limited number), cabin on the beach (sun umbrella and sun beds not included), water, gas and electricity consumption, taxes.
One small size animal is accepted for each apartment
It is understood that the Direction of the Residence will put off keeping the refund of any damages caused by the animal from the guarantee deposit paid by the customer at his/her arrival.
