Every summer, from end June to early July, the Santamonica Circuit in Misano Adriatico hosts the so-called “Ducati Week”, or WDW (World Ducati Week), the largest rally gathering large numbers of Ducati fans who flock to the Riviera Romagnola.

The rally gathering so-called “red motorcycles from Bologna” lasts 3 days and is a spectacular event based on fun and the passion for this famous motorcycle's model which every year attracts large numbers of fans from all over Italy and abroad.

The first WDW edition was held in 1998 in the former Misano circuit, which has recently turned into “Misano World Circuit” after the execution of extensive renovation works. The circuit, which is mainly red-coloured, is the ideal place to host such an event aimed at celebrating the passion for the red Ducati World.

This spectacular event includes a remarkably wide array of different initiatives, such as driving courses, free trials, the possibility to test the latest Ducati models, mini-motard shows, stuntmen performances, seminaries by Ducati University, the award of the best customized Ducati motorcycle, lotteries, fashion parades, treasure hunt across the most famous places of the Riviera in the saddle of Ducati motorcycles and concerts and auctions whose proceeds will be given to charity.

Official racers belonging to Ducati Corse will preside over this important event: among these, both Superbike and Moto Gp racers who will perform in the saddle of their “red motorcycles” and meet fans in the paddock.

Beer and piadina will be the deserving conclusion to this great red event!
