After an absence of 14 years, the Cinzano Grand Prix of San Marino and Rimini's Riviera is back to Misano World Circuit. This unmissable motorcycle event is organized in collaboration with the Republic of San Marino, the Province of Rimini and the Circuit of Misano Adriatico, the latter being called Misano World Circuit since 2007.

This spectacular motorcycle event also includes other sporting performances, music shows, representations and exhibitions which are aimed at crowning the extraordinary competitions held by great champions who will challenge each other in order to gain precious scores. Among the most famous participants are Valentino Rossi, Loris Capirossi, Marco Melandri, Andrea Dovizioso, Alex De Angelis, Mattia Pasini, Casey Stoner, Marco Simoncelli and many more.

Be prepared to enjoy a whole week characterized by the thrilling emotions roused by spectacular acrobatics performed by famous racers. This is an unforgettable opportunity to spend a weekend based on 125cc, 205cc and Moto Gp motorcycles while enjoying sea, warm hospitality and good cooking.

A renovated circuit

2007 was a crucial year for the circuit of Misano Adriatico. The Cinzano Grand Prix of San Marino and Rimini 's Riviera is back to a wholly renovated Misano's circuit featuring new tracks, public galleries and paddocks.
The new 4.200-metre-long and 12-metre-large track is more technical than the previous one was and features difficult brakings. Public galleries were considerably enlarged and are now able to host up to 18.000 people.

When asked to give his personal opinion on the latest Moto GP news, Valentino Rossi said: “The new circuit is very challenging. It is a technical track featuring difficult brakings. When cheking it together with security staff, we pointed out some difficulties. To me, it will be a strong emotion to compete in the same place again where my great adventure started some years ago”.

Loris Capirossi said: “The circuit features better patterns: it will be more challening but even more exciting”.
